Water is known to quickly effect handmade jewelry.  To keep your jewels and gems looking fresh and new, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, chlorinated pools, and hot tubs. 

Wearing your jewelry during manual labor, chores around the house, or even during sports, puts it at risk of being damaged. It can be impacted by a hard surface or from constant motion, you risk increasing the normal wear and tear of your Jewelry.

Sheryl Crescent prides itself on its quality.  We'll be the first to tell you that our  products are not bulletproof, no ones are. Avoid overstretching and twisting your elastic products to increase the life you will get out of your jewelry piece. Handle with care!

Remove your jewelry before using lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, or cleaning products. These can contain chemicals the can damage the finish or cause discoloration.

Clean your handmade jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any oils or residue. Avoid water, hypersonic cleaners, and chemicals as these are abrasive and can lead to damage and accelerated wear and tear.

Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferable in a jewelry box or storage pouch to prevent tangles and scratches.
